Product Overview
The GRE Series of Multi-Coupling Plates reduce downtime between production runs wherever pneumatic, oil, water, and electrical circuits are to be connected on production machines or test benches, etc. The GRE connects with little effort due to its superior guidance pin system, and since it only connects in one position, it prevents any connection error by inversion of circuits.
- Size range: 3/8” thru 1/2”
- Port options: NPT, SAE
- Connect/disconnect up to 2-3 bar residual pressure
- Simple to use, with single motion connection
- Auto-lock design prevents accidental disconnection
- Min. of 4 to max. of 18 lines of the same diameter couplings and different media is standard
- Valve options: single shut-off, double shut-off
- Low pressure applications
- Flexible manufacturing requiring connection/disconnection of 4-18 water, air, oil and/or electrical lines
- Fast tool changes on injection molding, die cast equipment, die exchange, process control
