Product Overview

Get ready for greater profitability, more speed, and less down time. The rotational torque of the Hydra Grapple is double that of the competition, thanks to powerful dual motors and proven durable slewing drive. Lock valves come standard on all cylinders, meaning hydraulics are not needed after clamping to objects which allows a return to full excavator operating speed. This speed saves time, inhibits exhaustive fuel consumption, and reduces heat exposure to the hydraulic systems.

Our variety of bolt-on cutting edges offer more job versatility and uptime. Our electronic diverter valve option eliminates the need for expensive secondary auxiliary hydraulics. No matter your machine size, from 2,500lbs to 120,000lbs, we have a Hydra Grapple for you.

  • Dual rotational drive motors on models HG82 and larger, provide industry-leading rotational torque.
  • USA made motors have built in cross reliefs which serve as a cushion when stopping rotation under load.
  • Edges are built with heavy duty hardened steel with the optimal blend of tensile strength and hardness for wear resistance.
  • Body is built with high tensile steel to negate flexing or cracking under load.
  • Our rigid quality control during manufacturing ensures reliability and consistency.
  • Extra large slewing bearings provide the foundation of the rotational drive.
  • Our exclusive hydraulic cylinder lock valves efficiently hold material without needing to continuously apply auxiliary hydraulic pressure.
  • Stress-proof bolts are able to withstand tremendous amounts of flexing and fatigue over the lifetime of the grapple.
  • Interchangeable bolt-on edges allow the user to choose the best edge for the job. Smooth, serrated, rubber, or teeth are available.
  • Electronic diverter valve option eliminates the need for expensive secondary auxiliary hydraulics on an excavator.
  • Signature red, white, and blue tough powder coat finish ensures long lasting durability, prevents rust, and makes a statement. Other color combinations available upon request.
